This restaurant specializes in Korean court cuisine, inherited from Park Sam-sun, who was the first woman to obtain a first-class Korean cooking technician license. For appetizers, we use the famous g
...inseng sashimi and homemade kimchi, and for Yakiniku (Grilled meat), we use bone-in pork short ribs. The course that has been loved for 45 years at Tsuruhashi is now served in Honmachi, where you can finish off with Park Sam-sun's Samgyetang, which is also a registered trademark! There are 12 seats with a sunken kotatsu, 2 private rooms with a sunken kotatsu, and 6 seats at a table, so please use it to suit your needs!
