私は大食いの部類の者です。
なので女性とか普通の量で満足なさる方は「質」が高いココはかなりの満足度だと思います。
12:50入店。
地上から階段で降り地下一階の入口から店内へ。
照明や店内レイアウトから品の良い和食屋を感じ取る。。。と、同時に大食いの私に一抹の不安。
日替わりは「銀鮭のちゃんちゃん焼きとあんかけうどんの定食」と言うので迷わずオーダー。
サーブも5分未満。早い。(´-ω-)ｳﾑ
膳の並びも美しく、ホイルを開けると出汁と味噌と魚のバランスのよい香り。
味噌汁は若干白味噌入りか甘めのコクのあるうまさ。大盛り飯はよく言えば品良い大盛り。
さて、お味は。。。
ちゃんちゃん焼きはキャベツ、厚揚げコーンの入った銀鮭メインの旨み引き立ち、しかし、塩味も程よく塩っからくない美味さ！
が！鮭の1切れが小さい！T꒳T
あんかけうどんと生しょうがの効いた美味いあんかけ出汁！
が！麺が1/3玉ぐらい！？T꒳T
何度も言いますがお味は最高！
しかし私には量が足りませぬ。
一般の方には超オススメです！
