まずは外観からしてカフェ風☕️
でも外から店内見えるしめちゃ入りやすい❣️
店内はステンレンスのカウンターがあって
ショーケースにはおススメのピンチョスが
陳列。。え？現物見れるって嬉しくない？
写真と実物全然違う疑惑ある店多すぎやもんね❣️
こちらはピンチョスがおすすめ
「ピンチョス」とはスペイン料理の一種で、串や楊枝に刺した一口サイズの軽食のこと。
でもめちゃくちゃ拘って一つ一つのピンチョス
作られてるのよ‼️

めちゃくちゃ可愛くないこれ❣️

カラフルだし、ピンチョスって結構雑なとこ多いけどこちらは推しメニューなだけあって
直前にバーナーで炙ったり、パンもロースト
してくれたりと芸が細かいのよ✨✨
どれも美味しかったけど
鰻とふんわりたまごがやばい❣️
ふわふわの鰻と同じくふわふわの卵サラダ
いやこれなかなか知らんかった食感かも❣️
こちらのOPERAさんはワインも豊富
白赤泡でグラス10種類
グラスは600円から1000円以内
ボトルも豊富なのでガッツリ飲む方は
ボトル入れたほうがいいかも？
ピンチョス楽しんだらワイン飲みつつ
ステーキ❣️❣️❣️
いやーめちゃいい色やないですか
火入れグンパツなんよねーー‼️
ステーキソースで食べるんもいいんだけど
トリュフ塩との相性が良すぎた
そしてシメはスパイスボロネーゼ。
いやもっちもちの生パスタ
めちゃくちゃ本格的に美味かった。。
秒でたべちったよ。。赤ワインともめちゃ合う。。
ちなみにランチもやってるらしくてこのパスタならランチも来たいなーって思えるお味
冒頭に書いた通り外からどんな感じか見えるのでお一人様の女性客や、カップル、外人さん、女性2人とかいろんなお客様で溢れてて
めちゃくちゃ居心地良い店だなーと思いました❣️
一軒め使いやさくっとピンチョスつまみにくるのもよし使い勝手よさそーですな
あとは基本フォークとナイフ使うことが多いんだけどお皿に置きづらいのでナイフレストクロスとかあったら便利かなーって個人的には思いました❣️
