小さな居酒屋が数店舗軒を連ねるビルの最奥部。
新しい店が出来ていた。
その名も「おさかな食堂」
このビルの店は結構入れ替わりが激しい。
それは本町に限らず全国どこでも同じだと思う。
繁華街でも、ビジネス街でも。
コンパクトな店は明るくアットホームな雰囲気、
カウンター5席、テーブルセット3つ、
女性3名で回していた。
ランチメニューは以下の通り。
・日替わり定食：800円
・釜揚げしらす丼：800円
・海鮮丼：1,200円
・刺し身定食：1,300円
・だしまき定食：850円
・唐揚げ定食：900円
・チキン南蛮定食：1,000円
・釜揚げしらすと海鮮丼（ハーフ）：1,100円
※ごはん大盛りは+50円
私は唐揚げ定食をオーダー、
「おさかな食堂」に来たのに「唐揚げ」って・・・
と思ったが、好きなんだから仕方ないよね(*‘∀‘)
まず小鉢が3種サーブ、
ミニ冷奴・こんにゃく・菜の花おひたし
メインの唐揚げは一口サイズと小さいが５個、
レモンを搾ってスタンバイおけ～
唐揚げはカリッと、恐らく２度揚げかな。
醤油やガーリックの下味感はほぼ無く香ばしい。
１個食べた後、自家製ポン酢を少々回し掛けた。
おぉ、こっちのほうが美味しいな。
ご飯の炊き加減も上々で美味しい。
「チーン」と響くレジの音が時短の秘訣のようだ。
支払いはサクッとPayPayで。
