居酒屋 とよさんに訪問しました。大阪 京橋エリアにある立ち飲み屋です。
Netflixの「ストリート・グルメを求めて:アジア」というドキュメンタリーでこのお店を知り、気になったので行ってみることにしました。
土曜日の12時20分くらいに行ったところ凄い行列。海外の方に「トヨというレストランに行きたいのだがこの列がそうか」と聞かれたので、多分そうだと答えると、Oh…となっていました。
結局一時間くらい並んで案内されました。お店は立ち飲みオンリーで椅子はなし。屋根は付いていますが壁のない青空飲み屋です。
・まぐろ頬肉の炙り(600円)
・赤身+トロ盛り(3450円)
を注文。
飲み物は注文してからセルフで取りに行くシステムでした。
まぐろの頬肉の炙りは注文がある程度まとまった時点で大将がバーナーで豪快に炙ってくれます。味もかなり美味しかったです！
