■バーナーで炙っているマグロの頬肉を『素手で焼く』パフォーマンスが海外ドキュメンタリーで取り上げられた人気居酒屋。
これを楽しみにするお客さんが平日でも開店前から並び行列ができています。
自分も前からずっと行ってみたいと思っていて今回やっと行ってきました！

カニの身に、やや弾力のある貝に酸っぱいタレとこれだけでお酒が進みそう。

旨みのある赤身に、溶けるようなトロに大満足。
✔ウニ＋いくら
プチプチ食感のいくらに、とろけるウニの味わいを存分に堪能。
■まぐろホホ肉炙り（一人前） 600円
炙りたてで香ばしく、九条ネギと大葉が雑多に盛られています。
口に入れた瞬間、ホホ肉の柔らかい食感に旨みが一気に広がってきます。
これは美味しすぎる、箸がどんどんと進みました。
■赤身鉄火（一人前） 450円
トロの旨みをシャリや海苔と一緒に楽しむことができます。
