本日は京橋までラーメン巡り
「京橋ササラ」さんに来店✨
前々から気になっていた担担麺のお店に来店✨
京橋駅から歩いて繁華街の中にある通し営業のお店✨
絶対デフォの担担麺を食べようとしたのですが
「冷やし担担麺」という今まで食べたことのない
新しいものがあり思わずそちらを注文✨

タレは胡麻ベースのタレです
老舗の胡麻専門店「和田萬」の胡麻をふんだんに
使用して醤油ベースのカエシを合わせたタレです✨
一口舐めてみると胡麻の芳醇な香りと酸味と
甘みがガッツリ感じられるまるで胡麻冷やし中華の
タレの上位版という感じの清涼感のあるタレで
ピリッとしてめちゃくちゃ好みのタレです✨✨

麺は中太平打ストレート麺です✨
冷水でピシッと締められておりかなりコシがあり
多加水麺を使用しているのでツルッと感もあり
ゴマベースのタレをしっかりと絡んでくれて
添えられている肉味噌ミンチもめちゃくちゃいい味✨
ついついズズズッと啜ってしまう麺で大盛りですが
一気に啜ってしまいます✨

そちらも魅力的なので次回は食べたいです✨✨
