The name ``Sasara'' comes from the Chinese cleaning tool ``笓'' (pronounced sasara), which resembles a tea ceremony whisk. “Yan” is a tool used to scrub the dirt off the wok. Although it may not be visible to our customers, we believe that even the cleaning of the kitchen is a service to our customers. Our clean restaurant serves noodles from some of the best noodle makers in the Kansai region. Please enjoy the taste of the soup that perfectly matches the noodles that are used according to each menu.

In Kansai, green onions are used for Ramen, but at our restaurant we use "white onions" purchased from contracted farmers in Maniwa City, Okayama Prefecture. The Spicy Negi Ramen (730 yen) is grown in areas with clean air and has thin fibers that give you a soft texture.You can enjoy the spiciness of green onions. Ramen soy sauce ramen, made with a blend of three types of soy sauce from Daisho in Sakai, Senshu, which was founded in Kansei 12, is available for 720 yen. Please enjoy this delicious cup.
