Made with Manganji chili peppers and Kujo green onions from Kyoto! The piping hot mapo tofu made with flavorful shallots and our original bean sauce is also a popular dish! The bean sauce is aged well and has a natural and intense spiciness. It is simmered vigorously in a wok and served piping hot in a special clay pot. It looks gorgeous, so it's perfect for parties!

We purchase Kyoto vegetables directly from contracted farmers in Kyoto, and use only freshly harvested vegetables in our dishes. We are proud of the deliciousness and freshness of our products because we receive them directly from the farmers right after they are harvested! We also recommend the "Fresh Kyoto Vegetable Salad" (880 yen), which is popular among women, as well as the healthy fried rice that uses the day's recommended fresh Kyoto vegetables such as spinach, water spinach, and garland chrysanthemum!
