風味豊かな京野菜を使った中華店！味らい(みらい)のウマスギ麻婆豆腐☆2016/2/9京橋
本日は京橋に来ました☆
この前、瓦町仔鹿(バンビ)がテレビに放送されて、その店長が京橋の中華料理店に訪問してたので、気になっていってきました☆
 
 
 
 
「味らい(みらい)」というお店で、瓦町仔鹿の店長が修行時代に先輩だった方がやっているお店らしいですね☆
前からお店の存在は知っていたのですが、なかなか訪問できておりませんでした～！！汗
 
 
 
 
１階は少しこじんまりとした感じですが、２階は３０名まで貸切にできる大きさのフロアーらしいです。
こちらのお店は餃子・唐揚げ・野菜にこだわっているらしく、餃子に京野菜を使用、唐揚げは最高級の油を使って揚げている、京野菜は産地直送のこだわりよう。店長の料理への妥協なき取り組みに、感動します☆
 
 
 
 
さて今回は幸運なことに「日替わりランチ定食(７５０円)」がなんと麻婆豆腐でした♪
本来なら９８０円する麻婆豆腐定食は土曜しかやっていない限定ランチということもあって、グッドタイミングで伺いました♪ラッキー♪
 
 
 
 
こちらが今回の日替わりの麻婆豆腐♪こちらの麻婆豆腐にも、京都の万願寺とうがらしや九条ねぎを使用！そしてオリジナルの豆板醤を使用しているとのこと！！うむ！！風味豊かな麻婆豆腐です♪
それでは今回もいつも通りいただきます♪

ウマシ！！(゜д゜)ウマーこれはまた良い麻婆豆腐ですね～☆見た目はネギみたいな、エシャロットも使用しているということで、確かに言われてみれば、風味が普通の麻婆豆腐に比べてもしっかりとしていてます！辛さも強すぎず、自然な感じでしつこくない感じの辛さが心地よいです☆
これはご飯がススミます♪
