I came here today. There was a Chinese restaurant that caught my attention every time I passed by, right in the middle between Kyobashi Station and Osaka Castle Tower. The inside of the store is more compact than it looks from the outside, with the kitchen in the back, 7 high counter seats surrounding it, and 1 table seat in the front, and there also appears to be seating on the 2nd floor up the stairs. It is run by four men and women who work efficiently. The menu includes several types of set meals, including daily specials, as well as single items and drinks. Ordered the "Mabo tofu set meal"... It was lunch time, and I was busy delivering takeaway Bento (boxed lunch) (; ^ o ^) I arrived after a while ♪ The mapo was served in a simmering earthenware pot, and there was plenty of it. The ground meat and rich soy sauce-based filling is combined with diamond-shaped firm tofu, and while the spiciness, numbness, and flavor of the chili oil is modest, the crunchy texture and rich flavor of the Kujo green onions makes the rice smooth (*^^*) There's a small plate of fried Chinese dumpling, and the dark-colored, thick soup has a faint ginger and Medicinal Food flavor. It seemed like there was no charge for refills of rice, but I ate it all...the rice was so good (｡-ω-). Lunch was also a success, but I think it would be better to use Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) in the evening ♪ Thank you for the service and the meal.
