午前中に仕事を終えて、普段は攻めない大阪城北詰エリアへ。
駅の１番出口から徒歩１分ほどに「味らい」さんは構えます。
「麻婆豆腐定食」を注文。
ランチハシゴのため白米は計２杯で抑えましたが、あと半杯がジャストかも。

「麻婆豆腐定食」は土鍋でグツグツと煮えたぎっての登場です。
ほかには、鶏肉入りたまごスープ・焼売・サラダ・白米がつきます。
硬めの木綿豆腐なのでしょう、上記で強い熱が加わってもしっかりとした食感。
辛さは麻辣味のバランスよし。シビれよりも体温上昇が気になったため辣味寄りかな。
ちょっと四川風、ぐらいに思える強さでした。
挽肉量十分。ネギも大きめなカットで食感と風味よし。
麻婆タレの食感はサラッと。粘りがあるよりこのほうが好み。
豆腐が硬いのは好みと違いましたが、ほかの要素がどれもよかったため優秀でした。
あと土鍋に豆腐や挽肉がわずかに焦げつくのも、なんかよいですな。

店員さんが明るい丁寧接客。厨房からも元気なあいさつアリ。
店員さん同士も仲良くやりとりされている感じで雰囲気よかったです。

店内は木材基調の造り。どうやら２階もあるようです。
BGMは昭和と思われる邦楽。
先客５人以上、後客３人。帰り際のお客さんと夕食予約の話もあったようです。

「麻婆豆腐定食」980円。白米おかわり自由。
点心もついて1000円以内に収めたのは、同料理としてはリーズナブルなほうかと。
