大阪は京橋にある中華料理店、味らいさんです。
大阪は王将や珉珉などのチェーン店が強すぎで東京とは異なり街中華の数が少ないのです。
そんな中、昭和型街中華ではないが「その特徴はあきらかに街中華やがな」を継承されていらっしゃいます。
餃子定食、ライスをチャーハン変更（+\200）で注文です。
10分ほどで配膳。
餃子は羽根つきタイプで下面はパリ、それ以外は蒸された感じの仕上がりです。やからかくて食べやすい、点心的な味わいですね。
チャーハンは街中華的焼豚チャーハン。油は抑えめで比較的あっさりした感じ。これは好みの炒飯ですね。
スープはあんかけタイプです（日替わりらしい）。
味の平均点高し！！
しかも伝統を守る部分と、新しいものにチャレンジする部分があり店主の意気込みが見えます。
新しい形で街中華も存続してほしいものですね。
