初訪問です。
＊桜海老と筍の土鍋ご飯
＊鰻のポテサラ温玉のせ
＊焼き野菜 長芋
＊エビマヨ
＊蓮根の天ぷら
＊和牛もも炙りタタキ
を注文。
どれも美味しかったです。
特に土鍋ごはんと鰻のポテサラが
気に入りました！
土鍋ご飯は桜海老の香りがとてもしていて
海老が乗っていない部分を食べても
桜海老のいい香りがしていました。
お米の硬さもちょうど良い硬さで最高です。
ポテサラは今まで食べたことのないポテサラでした。
マッシュされておらず角切りされたポテトに
鰻とトロトロの温玉がどーんと！！
出てきた時味の想像が全くつきませんでしたが
芋自体がとても甘みがあり美味しかったです。
内観も外観もスタイリッシュでお洒落でした。
他にもまだまだ気になるメニューがあるので
京橋に来た際はまたお伺いしたいと思います。
