At our restaurant, we mainly use flavored eel from Nakamura Eel Farm in Miyazaki Prefecture (subject to availability). The eel is carefully grilled over Tosa Bincho charcoal. For lunch, you can enjoy eel bowl and Other dishes, and for dinner, you can enjoy an selection course made with plenty of eel. The final dish is a collaboration of rice cooked in a clay pot and eel! A la carte is also available for lunch on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
