Our Sushi uses seasonal fish as ingredients. It changes depending on the season, so please enjoy the special taste only available at that time. In winter, we recommend ``Buri'', ``Mackerel'', and ``Kinmedai'', which are rich in fat. We also offer a la carte dishes of `` Oyster'' and ``milt'' that are carefully selected at that time of year.
