Visited this shop as the third New Year's ladder sake shop in Kyobashi. It is written as ni-matsuri and pronounced as ``ni-sai.'' This is a Sushi restaurant that I've been interested in for a while and I was finally able to visit. It is located on the 1st floor of the Sunpiazza Building, between Mirage and Denichi. It was originally the location of `` Sushi Asahina,'' and just when I thought it was a shame that Asahina had closed before I knew it, this shop opened in its place. When you enter the store, you will be greeted by the cool and stylish owner. The interior of the restaurant uses the same interior design as Asahina's before, giving it the sophisticated atmosphere of Sushi. To be honest, Asahina may have felt the same way, but from the outside it looks like a high-end Sushi with a bit of a barrier to entry, but once you step inside, it feels very homey. The story between the general and Asahina gets really exciting. The general seems to be cool and talkative. It might be better to say that I am a talkative intellectual. Probably my first Chuhai (Shochu cocktail) today. The glass with the word ``frozen'' written on it is very tasteful. The protrusion that was provided afterwards was also mediocre. The recommendation is the 10-piece Sushi set for 5,500 yen, which is listed on the table, but since I went to two restaurants, 10 pieces of Sushi is a bit heavy (lol), so I'll have three types of sashimi as soon as possible. The food is beautifully presented and looks fresh. I feel like the sashimi you eat at an authentic sushi Sushi really shows off the difference in class. There was an interesting item on the drink menu called ``Aka Hai'', so I asked about it and was told it was a wine-based soda mix. When I received it right away, I noticed that it goes perfectly with sashimi. It is sure to become a popular menu among women. After getting a good chat with the chef, I decided to order some Sushi. It's surprisingly reasonable, starting from 300 yen per set. I quickly ordered Kohada, red meat, and boiled conger eel. Great skill. Conger eel is melt-in-your-mouth delicious. It's been a long time since I've been impressed. After all, it's sake. I didn't take any photos, but this restaurant has a wide variety of sake menus. We will have a glass of famous sake. After that, we had several other sushi Sushi, all of which were delicious and thrilling to the taste buds. The boiled clams were also excellent. The owner of this shop had experience working as a chef at the famous restaurant ``Maeda'' in Tenma, and was impressed by his skills and was given the job of running this shop. Of course, it's not like he was told that his ability was being taken advantage of. (lol) When you eat this Sushi, it's so delicious that you'll want to say that. A wonderful Sushi restaurant has appeared in Kyobashi. I now have one more thing to look forward to coming to Kyobashi. Please come again.
