場所はリーガロイヤルホテル地下二階セラ-バ-の左側にあります。
店内は，テ-ブル席とカウンタ-席があります。
清潔感のある落ち着いた雰囲気。
料理のメニュ-は豊富にあり、淡路経由を中心とする魚介類に関する料理は、なかなかのものであります。
100種類ほどあるそうです。
肉類に関してもいいとおもいますが、印象度の点で、個人的には、魚介類の方が、好みであります。
季節ごとに変わる料理メニュ-を見てあれこれ悩むのも楽しみの一つでありますね。
最近、印象に残った料理として、雲丹の料理であります。
たっぷりの雲丹に、車えび*あわび*ぎんなんを煮こごりでかためたものが印象に残っています。臭みのない純化した雲丹の甘み*旨みに車えびの素朴な旨み*コリッとしたぎんなんの風味*アクセントとしてのわさびそしてアワビというなんとも贅沢な組合わせに、出汁のうまみが、じゅうぶんに感じられる煮こごりの旨みと重なりあってなんとも贅沢なひとときとなりました。
思い出に残る一品であります。
