肉和食 月火水木金土日の後に向かった先はココ。
福島での日本酒関連としては、第5弾。
・鬼助 特別純米酒 ひやおろし 原酒 / 北村酒造 (奈良県吉野町): @\580
1788(天明8)年、吉野の大林業家、末息子が分家して創業。
能の謡曲、「猩々」を主要銘柄とし、「よも尽きじ萬代までの〈竹の葉の）酒、酌めども尽きず、飲めどもかわらぬ」をモットーにしている蔵元。
因みに、以前に寄った金沢・酒房 猩猩も同じ由来の屋号でした。
今回飲んだのは、酒のやまもと 枚方店のOEM品で、奈良県産の飯米「キヌヒカリ」を60%精米。
1杯目は、何も言わなければ、ワイングラスの冷酒で出てきて、冷酒のためか、ひやおろしの熟成感が分かり難い。
なので、2杯目はぬる燗で頼むと、香りが立って米の旨みと熟成感のバランスの良さが引き立つ。
・突き出し
大根、つみれ、薩摩芋、人参の炊いたん。
出汁が沁みていて、ぬる燗によく合います。
今回は2軒目のお試し用途やったので、次は1軒目用途で、日本酒に合う料理と組み合わせてみたい。
