美人女将のいるおばんざいのお店。
偶然通りかかって美人の二文字に惹きつけられてしまった(笑)。
では入ってみようってな具合で店内へ。
先客二組7名様。
入口直ぐのテーブルに座りビール、いやいや金麦をオーダー。
やっぱりビールには負けるが値段は勝る!!
アジの南蛮漬け、らっきょの醤油漬け、ポテトサラダに蓮根のお好み焼きもどきをオーダー。
厨房もホールも一人で切り盛りしている様子・・・提供に時間がかかるものと覚悟を決めたのであります。
突出しで一杯やりながら提供を待つ。
最初に供されたのはアジの南蛮漬けですが、このアジがデカイ!!
小アジの可愛らしい大きさを想像していましたので、こんな大きいのって骨まで食べられるのか不安が過る。
しかし全く問題無し。頭からガッツリいただけますし、骨も気にならないほと柔らかく仕上がっていました。
酢の酸味がほど良く効いて美味しい一品です。
続いてらっきょちゃん!!
醤油の漬かり具合と言い色合いの良いもの。
これがなかなかの逸品・・・カリカリっと食感も良く塩梅も良くて美味しい。連れと二人で絶賛!!
ポテトサラダは特筆無し。
蓮根のお好み焼きもどき・・・すりおろした蓮根がお好み焼き風にアレンジされで提供されたのですが、蓮根の粒々感の食感がまぁまぁイケるお味でした。
残念なのは美人女将の顔が見えない。
厨房に入って調理を始めると意思の疎通が難しいお店の造り。
小生的には厨房から客席が見渡せる方が良いかと思いますし、その方がコミュニケーションがとり易いと思います。
たまたまお一人で切り盛りされていたのかも知れませんが・・・。
