プレミアム和牛ハンバーグ わさび醤油¥1,350
○感想
福島のとあるビルの地下駐車場に入口がある
隠れ家感満載のお店「醸造 内山田」さんへ行ってきました。
雑居ビルにある隠れ家感満載のお店はよく聞きますが
地下駐車場にあるお店は個人的に初でした。
今回注文したのは
「和牛プレミアムハンバーグ」
味は3種類から選べたので
今回はハンバーグでは珍しいわさび醤油を選択
牛と豚の合挽きのハンバーグで
ふっくらジューシーでやわらかくて美味しい。
カウンター席は目の前で焼いてるところ見れたので
ライブ感あって良かったです。
ハンバーグも美味しかったし雰囲気もよかったのですが
1個だけ残念だったのが全身に匂いめっちゃついたこと
目の前の鉄板で焼いてるから仕方ないとはいえ
想像以上に匂いついたので
消臭剤とかのサービスがあればもっとよかったかも。
ただ、ハンバーグは美味しかったから
匂いついても気にならない日に是非食べに行って欲しいです!!
