13時少し前に訪問。テーブルで20席、カウンター3席ほど。先客が6組、後客も4組ほどあり8割稼働が続いていました。
定食が5種ほどあり唐揚げ定食800円をオーダー。魚の煮物と明日葉と思しき葉物のお浸し、味噌汁が付いてきます。
5分ちょっとで到着しました。魚の煮物とお浸しは晩のメニューにもなっているのでしょう。副菜だから業務用の出来合いではなく、手作りです。料理に気持ちを感じます。メインの唐揚げは衣がやや白く竜田揚げ風。あっさりしているのかのと思いきやかなりニンニクが効いています。下味の段階で力強目に味付けしたようです。ご飯ではなくビールが欲しくなる逸品でした。
居酒屋さんというより和風ダイニングといった印象のお店。昼の料理からすると晩も美味しいと思います。
