ここも以前から行きたかったお店です。前回満席でフラレたのですが、今回来てみたら先客が一組のみでした。前回と同じぐらいの時間でしたが、日によって混み具合が全然違うものなんですね^_^;前回はどこのお店もいっぱいだったので特別な日だったんでしょうね。
ここのお店は「日本酒」と「お魚」が美味しくいただけるをコンセプトにしたお店です。もちろん、σ(^_^)の好きな組み合わせです。どちらかに特化したお店は幾つかありますが、この二つをメインしたお店は福島エリアにはかなり少ないみたいです。一人でも楽しめるお店かどうか楽しみです。
【料理】
・刺身(一人前)
ここの刺身は、生カキ、ふぐ、ナマコ、金目鯛など普段のお店で出てこないものがあります。特にふぐを出せるお店は、専門店じゃないとなかなか無いですよね。ここのお店のこだわりの一品を感じます。こちらは、ポン酢と醤油で食べますが、すべて美味しかったです。こちらは是非とも食べていただきたい一品です。
・自然薯の磯辺揚げ
自然薯も美味しいですが、海苔の香りがものすごくて全体を底上げしています。こちらも美味しかったです。
・ぶり腹焼
今の時期が旬のお魚ですね。脂がのってて肉厚で美味しかったです。特にブリ腹部分は調理を少しでも間違えると臭みがでるのですが、ここのは臭みなどは全く無いです。魚の焼き物と日本酒ってかなり合いますよね。こちらも頼んで良かったです！
【日本酒】
「飛露喜 特別純米酒」福島県
このお酒は初めてみました。店員さんにスッキリした日本酒を聞いたら、このお酒がでて来ました。辛みが少しありますが、全体甘めでスッキリした日本酒です。飲みやすいのでお刺身にぴったりですね。
「初亀 特別純米酒」静岡県
ラベルに「かすみさけ」とあります。このお酒は他のレビューアーさん(このお店ではないです)がかなりお薦めしていたのを思い出して注文してみました。店員さんもこちらもあっさりしていて美味しいとおすすめしてくださってました。まず、かすかに濁っているところから「かすみさけ」なのでしょう。辛みが少な目でスッキリした甘さがあります。これはかなり飲みやすくて美味しいです。調子にのって飲み過ぎないようにしないと(笑)という感じの日本酒でした。確かに美味しいですね。
「讃岐くらうでぃ」
香川県丸亀市の郷土料理「骨付鳥」に合う日本酒として開発された日本酒です。見ためが真っ白で、甘酒に酸味が強めにした感じのお酒です。まるでカルピスみたいなお酒です。こちらは飲みやすいのですが、色から見てもわかる通りあとからずっしり来る感じです。本当にジュースみたいなので、こちらも飲み過ぎ注意のお酒です(笑)
【雰囲気やコスパ】
店主が料理で切り盛りしてて、一人の若い店員さんが接客を全てやりくりしています。なので、接客は店員さんに委ねられています。お薦めの日本酒を聞いてみると説明がちゃんと返ってきます。こちらは、良かったのですが、一人で黙々とお食事している感覚だったので、意外と居づらい雰囲気でした。料理を美味しく楽しめるのはいいのですが、料理を待つ時間があまり好きじゃなかったです。どちらかと言えば、夫婦やカップルのような複数人向けのお店だと思います。コスパはやっぱり、素材や料理はかなり良いものなので、値段がかなりはります。でも、質を考えるとコスパが悪いとは思わなかったです。ホントに人と料理がつながるかけはしのお店になってほしいですね♪
