お店到着時待ち無しで即入店。
壱丸らーめん
麺は全粒粉の中太ストレート。ツルツルピカピカで喉越し良く、モチモチ食感のむちゃくちゃ美味しい麺！！
スープは濃厚鶏白湯ですが粘度が高いドロドロの濃厚ではなく、粘度は白湯としてはサラッとしたタイプで濃厚なのは味わい！！甘みを感じるまったりとした味わいに糸唐辛子やブラックペッパーでピリッと部分を加えてます。
当初はありきたりの濃厚鶏白湯と舐めてましたがコレはビックリ！
拘りの伝わるメニューでほんと美味かった！！！
鶏白坦々麺
麺は中細ストレート麺。
スープは上記のベースに担々麺の具材をトッピングかなぁ？
これがまた旨い！！！
簡単に表現すると上記の味わい＋辛さ増しと言った感じです。
接客は普通かな。
2種共に拘りの伝わる非常に美味しいメニューだったので弍丸や優丸も食べてみたい！そんな魅力的なお店でした。
