土曜の夜19:30頃、ひときわ明かりが心地よいラーメン店へ。
店内は満席間近のカウンター9席で、5人の先客がすでに満喫中。
ここは並ぶことなくすぐ入れる隠れた名店かも。
特製壱丸らーめん（1200円）の食券を手に、待つこと10分。
前面に広がったのは、新鮮な胡椒の香りが漂う鶏白湯のラーメン。
見た目はシンプルでも、鶏白湯の甘味と旨味は圧倒的な存在感を放っています。
麺は全粒粉の中太ストレートで、その滑らかな喉越しとモチモチ感が後を引く美味しさ。
スープの濃厚さは視覚を裏切るほどにサラリとしており、糸唐辛子とブラックペッパーが加わることで、味わいの幅が広がります。
新鮮な玉ねぎのシャキシャキ感が、このコク深いスープに新しい風を吹き込んでいました。
