だいぶお久しぶりにこちらのお店にお邪魔しました！！個人的には２回目の訪麺です。鶏白湯が人気のお店ですよ！
前回はその鶏白湯を頂いたので、今回頼んだのは優丸煮たまごらーめん(鶏香る昔ながらの中華そば)です！！
具材は煮たまご、糸唐辛子、白ネギ、青ネギ、太めのメンマ、カイワレ、豚バラチャーシューですね。
鶏ガラベースの醤油スープは品書きに書いてあるとうり、あっさりながらも鶏の風味が感じられほんのり甘みのある優しい味わいです(T∀T)
細ストレート麺はツルシコ食感で、小麦の風味も感じられてなかなかウマイ！！
豚バラチャーシューもトロヤワ食感で、肉の旨味がしっかり味わえ美味！
シンプルながらもあっさり美味しい中華そばって感じでナイスな一杯でした(*＾▽＾*)
