2014年に激戦区大阪福島区の路地裏にオープン。国産豚骨と水だけでドロドロに仕上げた極濃スープが自慢のお店です。 |
●衝撃の一口目
ここまで衝撃を受けたラーメンは久々でした。ドロドロ極濃豚骨スープラーメンで、さらにレンゲが“立つ”ほどの、「禁断ラーメン」を注文しました。行列は必至ですが、運良く待ち時間なしで入ることができました。
●まさかの中太麺と細麺
一口食べて「これはやばい... 進む...」と思ったとおり、どんどん食べ進めて替え玉を頼むことにしました。なんと替え玉は(あまりの興奮に替え玉の写真を撮り忘れました)細麺で、最初に出てきた中太麺とは違った味わいを楽しむことができました。細麺にもよく“ドロドロ”が絡んで、超うまかったです。
近所にあったら通ってしまいますよこれは。大阪来た時は絶対に立ち寄るポイントにします。
