2014年に激戦区大阪福島区の路地裏にオープン。国産豚骨と水だけでドロドロに仕上げた極濃スープが自慢のお店です。 |
スープは食べ物の看板に惹かれて初訪問。
濃いスープが売りのようでしたが、この日お腹の具合であっさりっぽい旨ネギ中華そばを注文。
ネギの香ばしい香りが心地よく食欲が湧いてきます。
麺は最近好みの中太のちぢれ麺、美味しい。
スープもあっさり過ぎず食べ応えあり。
次は定番のラーメンを食べに行きます！
