濃厚鯛ラーメンを注文。
ゆず皮が散らされたエスプーマスープはまろやかな口当たりで結構鯛感強め！ゆずがいいアクセントになってあっさりするから永遠に飲めてしまいそう。
麺は冷麺のように腰のある麺。
魚市場臭いとか評価が多いけど、個人的にはそんなに臭い印象は無かった。
期待して行ったけど割と普通なラーメン。
