今は土曜日の13時前にはなりますが
お客さんは誰もいなくて私だけ。
まずは券売機で食券を購入します。
◎濃厚鯛塩ラーメンDX (1200)
まずは、これを注文しました。
お店もワンオペのようです。
5分くらいで着丼です。
見ためは、レアチャーシューがいっぱいで
柑橘系の皮を、少し削ってかけています。
あわあわのスープが、いい感じで
鯛の癖が上手く抑えています。
あ〜でも。これは苦手な人もいるかも。
鯛スープの独特の香りが、少しします。
わかっている人ならは、美味いと思います。
加水率の高めの麺とスープもあってるし
チャーシューも美味しかった( *ˊᵕˋ*) 〜ᐝ
ごちそうさまでした（^人^）
たしか100名店になったと聞きましたが
帰る時まで、お客さんはいませんでしたよ。
