福島のホテル地下一階にあります。
13時過ぎだったのですぐに着席。
こちらは鯛ラーメンが有名なのでそれを注文しました。
⭐️濃厚鯛塩ラーメン 煮卵
きた瞬間に鯛の香りが鼻にクリーンヒットしてます‼️
気になるお味は・・・。
まさに飲む鯛‼️
スープは鯛の味がしっかり感じられ、あっさりしてますね。
薄くスライスされたチャーシューはしっとりしてて美味い‼️
ただ・・・。
なぜ柚子を入れたのだろう・・・？
爽やかさを加えたかったのだろうけど、柚独特の苦味が感じられました。
使ってる柚子が悪いのかな？
無い方がいいと思うけどなぁ・・・。
