寒くなってきたのでカニを食べたくなり店を探して2店舗予約をお願いしたが、予約がいっぱい。3店舗目のこちらでようやく予約できました。
場所は福島駅の近く高層ビルの間に2階建の建物があります。着いたのが16時過ぎで2時間制です。2階の座敷に通されます。
注文はズワイガニ極フルコース。
先ずは突き出しのフグ刺し。味が濃い。
カニ刺し。とろけるような食感。
カニの陶板焼き。味付けはカニ本来の味のみ。素材が良いのがわかります。
甲羅焼き。蟹味噌が香ばしい。
カニの天麩羅。塩で食べます。
メインのカニスキ。ポン酢なしで食べますが、出汁がよく出てるので味が濃い。
そしてこの出汁をつかった雑炊が不味いわけがない。
最後にシャーベット。
カニのフルコースで質量とも十分。宴会にはちょうどよいお店です。
