Fresh ``vegetables'' carefully selected from ``organic vegetables'' from Akari Farm in Tamba and ``local vegetables'' from Green Groove in Sennan, Osaka. Our fresh fish is mainly delivered directly from fishing ports in the Seto Inland Sea. Other, Creative Cuisine using branded meats such as Japanese black beef, lamb, and BBC pork are all exquisite. Among them, the ``Grilled Japanese Black Beef'' and ``Specialty! Assorted Grilled Meat and Vegetables'' are recommended.
