高級感があふれた外観。
和風な店内は大人な雰囲気が漂っています。
お店に入るとすぐにある大きな水槽が目に入り、元気に泳ぐたくさんのうなぎがお出迎え。

うな丼を待つ間に、パリパリの骨せんべいをお茶と一緒に持ってきてくださったので美味しく頂きました。
特大サイズの鰻が切らずに1匹そのまま丼の上に盛り付けられた一本鰻はとにかく迫力満点！！
丼が小さいから大きく見えるのでは？
と思ったが、丼は小さいというよりむしろやや大きめ。
そこから両側にはみ出た鰻。
正直、どこから手をつけていいかわからぬまま、端からガブリと食らいついた鰻は、このこだわりの焼き方により、パリッとした皮とフワフワの身、口にいれた瞬間とろける脂の旨味が楽しめます。
秘伝のタレは、脂ののったうなぎに合うあっさり風味で、このタレだけで、ごはんが何杯でも食べられそうです。
