ホテル阪神の地下にあるアグザ大阪と言う飲食店街にひっそり佇む割烹風のお店。
こちらのランチが良いよ〜！って情報を得てやって来ました。
店の前にはランチメニューなどが色々書かれてます。
それによると880円の定食から2,300円の豪華な御膳まで7種類ほどのラインナップ。
どれも魅力ありますが、ここのはつえ定食が良いと聞いていたので決心して入店。
店内は割烹風の雰囲気。
ご夫婦？でされていて、ひょっとしてあの人が店名にもなっているはつえさん？なんて思ってしまった、笑
はつえ定食お願いしま〜す。
ちなみにご飯はお代わり自由
◆はつえ定食
価格 990円
3つに仕切られた木箱の中に小鉢が3つ。
左は鰹のお造り。
右はふろふき大根。
真ん中の小鉢は盛りだくさんで、ホタルイカ、牛蒡の天ぷら、生麩、ポテサラ、だし巻き卵、
蓮根のはさみ揚げ、筍、枝豆、玉蒟蒻、豆の昆布。
だし巻き卵は私の好きな甘いやつでポテサラは激ウマ。
牛蒡天は風味が素晴らしい。
その他のおかずも味付けに品があって、ちゃんとした料理人が作ったと思わせるしみじみと染み渡る美味さ。
写真ではそれほどボリューム感は感じないかもしれませんが、真ん中の小鉢のおかずが満載で、
少しずつ沢山の種類を頂けて満足度高かったです。
割烹風ですが敷居は全然高い感じがしなくて、ご夫婦？の温かそうな人柄からか、むしろ家庭的に感じるほど。
ほっこりと美味しい料理が好きな人はここの料理は舌に合うはず。
