Hatsue Dining is a kaiseki restaurant located in the Hotel Hanshin in front of Fukushima Station. They serve a delicious and luxurious evening set menu. They serve a fair amount of sashimi, boiled and rolled dishes, Sushi rolls, clear soup, and more, for a bargain price of 1,000 yen. The food is delicious and calming, as they were originally a kaiseki restaurant. If you go alone, you will be seated at the counter. If you go with two or more people, you may be seated in a tatami room. The owner and the landlady are very friendly, and you can enjoy your meal in comfort. The area in front of Fukushima Station is quite crowded, but this restaurant has a very calm atmosphere, so it is recommended for those who want to enjoy a leisurely meal.
