I visited the restaurant because I heard that the "Hatsue Set Meal" named after the restaurant is excellent, and my colleague ordered fried Oyster. I've also been able to eat Oyster since this season, so I feel like I'll eat them whenever I get the chance. I was planning to stick to my original intention, but it seems like the grass is always greener on the other side. In the end, I ordered the same thing. I waited 10 minutes while drinking cold green tea, and the food was served. I asked for a "medium portion," but it was more than I expected. As the food was served, the waiter added the nice words, "You can have more rice♪," but it was more than enough. I picked up Oyster, bounced it in the tartar sauce, and then added more Pork Cutlet sauce. It's this time of year, so it can't be helped that it's frozen. I didn't feel the strong seasonal scent of Oyster, but I could faintly feel the oyster flavor. My wife often says, "I can't believe I hated them so much until last year!" It was a little disappointing that the soup was just clear soup, but the rice was freshly cooked and delicious. The atmosphere in the restaurant was calm and the staff were nice. I was also happy that they offered a free drink after the bill.
