元上司と部下達で忘年会でお邪魔させていただきました。
18:30到着時はお客様がまだ居なく、駅から歩きますもんねーと勝手にお客様の入りを心配していましたがアレよあれよと言う間に満席に。
この店を目指したお客様が楽しむために素敵に飲んで食べて会話される大人な空間です。
一方でスタッフの方々はお若いのに心配りも行き届いていて（空いたお皿グラスにすぐ気づいて下げてくださる、トイレの動きの察知から案内、飲み放題お代わりの気付き感他）
6,500円の飲み放題付きコース
飲み放題にクラフトビールですと？？
ワインも箱ワインではなくその日セレクトしたワインが数種類。
スパークリングで乾杯し、盛り合わせのカモのペースト食べた瞬間（赤ワイン飲まなきゃ）と赤ワインを全員がオーダー。
サラダもしっかり量もあり、野菜に柿にビネガーがよく効いていて作った方に敬意しかなかったです。
赤ワインを飲み続けていたらローズマリーの効いたウインナーが出てきました。
クラフトビールを速攻でオーダーです。
クラフトビールは入荷する内容が変わるそうで当日は奈良の大和ビールの数種類が供されていました。
クラフトビールはなかなか飲む機会がないですし、コースに出ていたポテトフライにもぴったりでした。
チーズ香るクリームパスタを頂き、更に煮込み料理がありました。
お肉は言葉通りホロホロのプルプルで、また赤ワインに復帰してしまいました。
一番お値ごろなこのコースで味もボリュームも堪能できるのにこれ以上のコースは一体どうなっているのでしょう。
またお邪魔したいお店決定です。
