This is a sushi restaurant in Fukushima that is crowded with competitors. It is located a short walk from Fukushima Station. I heard about it from someone who loves sushi. The inside of the store is long and beautiful. After all, the sushi restaurant has a good counter! I heard that his family's family used to run a sushi restaurant, and the restaurant has been passed down from generation to generation. As for the food, first the sashimi is placed on a bowl with lots of decorations on top. After that, it looks like a small makitan, so the sea urchin that has been soaked in seawater has been drained, and the structure is topped with something like foamy soy sauce. I understand that people are conscious of how to look modern, and I want to enjoy the food with my eyes, but even though they put a lot of effort into the decoration and appearance, the food itself is extremely ordinary, or rather delicious. Are you saying that there is no way to do that? The sushi for the sushi is Osaka-style, slightly softer shari. It feels nostalgic. In addition to the standard items, there will also be large peonies. At this price range, I wish they would have put a little more effort into the tuna, but each restaurant has its own preferences. Overall, it feels like old-fashioned sushi in Osaka.
