福島にひっそり佇む囲炉裏のあるお店。旬食材を使ったコース(1人16500円)で利用しました。店に入ると店内は綺麗で食材を料理している所を楽しみながら食べれます。使う食材は１つずつ紹介してくれるので、写真を撮りたい方にも色々サービスしてくれます！笑
今回は頂いた食材は、

・秋刀魚
・鰹
・熊本県和牛イチボ
・お豆のリゾット

メニューをみたときに調理方法が書いてなかったので、次に何がくるか楽しみでした！
