出張で大阪へ。
昨日の痛飲がまだ残るが、
昼ごはんに行こうと呼び出されて外へ。
どこか決めてくれと言うので、
そういえば
東銀座、ウィンズ前にあるイタリアンで
食事の際、
スタッフさんから大阪にも店があると会話を思い出し、メモを見るとホテルからそう遠くない。
相方に
ハンバーグでよい？ときくと二つ返事が飛んできて
もう1人後輩呼んで3人で突撃！
福島駅から地図アプリに
「福島5-15-2 」と打つと
迷うことなく約3分で到着できる。
中に入ると先客が3名。席はカウンターオンリー
銀座のイタリアンに比べこじんまりとして
洒落た店内。
オープン仕立てのようだ。
大きさを3種類（140g 210g 280g）
から選ぶハンバーグ。
痛飲しているので
一番小さい奴にしようかなと思ったが、
2人が真ん中210gを選ぶので私も210g笑。
ご飯だけ小に。
先にコンソメスープを頂き
ふーふーしながら飲んでいると
これが五臓六腑に染み渡り昨日痛飲のムカムカが
なんとなく無くなり食欲が湧いてきた笑。
210gにしてよかった。
シェフがハンバーグに焼入れ。
濛々と燃えるハンバーグ。
ヨダレがでてきた。
程なく到着。
名前に嘘偽りないレアハンバーグ。
よく焼き用の鉄球も用意があるようだが、
今回はレアで頂くことに。
香ばしい焼入れとしっとりした中味のハンバーグ
七分づきの玄米とあわせたらなんとも贅沢な味わい。
SNSにあげるならばと
特製カレーもサービスしてもらい
レアハンバーグカレーにして
最後まで味わい尽くした。
東銀座のイタリアンの話もして
同じハンバーグ屋が銀座にもあるとのこと。
これまた帰ったら伺いますと話して帰路に。
