新しい感覚のハンバーグランチをこちらでいただきました。
これがめっちゃうまい！
会社の年間5日以上の有休をとる必要が法律で決まっているので、
有休をとった平日の昼間、
その日は家でゆっくりしていたのですが、お昼時になっておなかがすいたので、
福島駅裏界隈にぶらぶらランチどころを探しに行き、
ランチボードが出ていたこちらに何気なしに入ってみることに。
こちらのお店はかなりコンパクトスペースのカウンターだけのお店。
夜はちょっとよさげな炭焼きコースを出しているお店のようです。
お昼時ジャストはあえて外したので、ちょっと遅めランチの時間だったからか、
私以外にあとおひとりしかいませんでした。
ランチメニューはハンバーグ一択。
ランチを1種類しか出していないお店に間違いはない、という、あるフードファイターの食べ歩きグルメ番組で言っていたような気がする。。。
しかし、その通説どおりでしたねー。
シェフの男性おひとりが切り盛りされているお店のようで、
カウンターの中の炭焼きでハンバーグをレアに焼いて出してくれました。
かなりのレア感なので、焼きをもっとつけてほしい場合は要望も受け付けるとおっしゃってくれましたが、
私は全然このままでよかったです。
ハンバーグがレア焼きだとちょっと不安に思うかもしれませんが、
こちら、お肉100％でかなりしっかりこねてあり、
このレアなお肉が不思議なまろやかさを作り出す。
外側の焼いた部分のジューシーさと口の中で合わさって何とも不思議な食べ応えなのですが、
これがお肉の本当のうまみを感じられて、すごくおいしい！！
結構感動ものでしたよ。
しかも驚いたのが、食後のセットでつけてくれていたカレー。
カレーだけがあとから別器でちょっと出てきて、
これをご飯をお替りしてかけて食べると、
このカレーにもお肉がしっかり煮込まれていて旨い。
カレーの中にほろほろお肉もおいしい。満足でしたねー。
しかも、時間があったのもあって、食後に少しその男性とおしゃべり。
狭い店なので、おしゃべりしやすい、というかしゃべらないとしょうがないような空間。
それもよきよき♪
夜も行ってみたいが、高そうだなー。
