店頭で肉汁焼売と焼豚のテイクアウトをお願いしたところ、これから焼売を蒸すので15分くらいかかると。
了解。せっかくです。何か頂いて帰りましょう。
店内、ノラ・ジョーンズのジャズボーカルが流れてました。
隣の机には見慣れぬ設備。ここにウイスキーなどがセットされ、飲み放題になるみたい。セルフ卓上飲み放題と言うらしい。1000円だって。それは安いね。
大好きなよだれ鶏580円をオーダー。
柔らかく蒸された胸肉。本場に比べると刺激は遥かに抑え目ながら、なかなか旨いです。
持ち帰った焼売。なかなか旨かった。時間たって肉汁感は消えちゃってたけど、肉が旨いです。好評。
焼豚は少し厚切りで、これも大好評。
メニューみると定食も豊富。
全く知らないチェーンでしたが、なかなか良い店ですね。
