福島にある、気になる店が集結する路地。
今回はその一画にある鮨 竜胆さんへ。
スッキリとしたカウンターに座りビールで乾杯。
12500円のコース
をオーダー。
まずは一品から。
◇磯つぶ貝の塩ゆで…
コリコリの身に、まろやかな酸味の黄身酢が旨い。
◇長崎の太刀魚の炙り…
小骨がきちんと処理されている。
個人的にはもう少し炙ってある方が好きかな～。
◇筍木の芽寿司
◇鰆のチーズ焼き
◇帆立の炙り…
帆立と大根おろしと梅肉ていう斬新な組み合わせ。
繊維がしっかりした帆立に、梅と大根がさっぱりと絡む。この食べ方好き！
以下握り。
◇金目鯛…塩で金目鯛の甘さが引き立つ
◇タコ…ぎゅむっとした食感で、噛むほどに味が出る
◇中トロ…お口の中で幸せが蕩ける
◇イワシ…脂ノリノリ
◇ヤリイカ…ねっとり甘い
ここで日本酒『いか純米』をくぴり。
単独で飲むと少し甘めの酒なのに、イカと合わせると急にスッキリする不思議。
◇雲丹…透けるイカのヴェールと墨シャリに挟まれた雲丹
イカがこれだけ薄いのにきちんとコリッとした食感がある
ほんで雲丹があんま～い！
◇マグロ漬け…ネタとシャリの間にネギ
ネギトロみたいになってうまー
◇車海老…ぶりぶりで甘い
◇干瓢巻き…優しい甘み
◇穴子…ふわふわとろり
ネタによって赤酢のシャリと白シャリを使い分けており、シャリコマでなんぼでもいける！てなったので、追加でノドグロとトロたく巻きも注文。
最後は赤出汁でほっこり。
一品よりも握りがタイプだったので、
次は握りオンリーのコースにしても良いな～。
