今日は福島の路地裏にある隠れ家的な
『鮨 竜胆(りんどう)』さんにお邪魔しました( ´∀｀ )b
L字カウンター9席の店内で

この価格帯のお寿司屋さんで中瓶を置いてる
のは結構珍しいですね(๑•̀∀- )
お寿司のネタもよかったですが
一品料理のクオリティが高かったのが印象的(⑅˘͈ ᵕ˘͈)
赤酢や寿司酢、イカ墨入りのお酢などを
ネタによって使い分けられてるところにも
拘りを感じましたね( ᵕ̤ૢᴗᵕ̤ૢ )
個人的には牛蒡のガリもポイント高かったな
これでビール飲めるわ＼(*>▽<)
