The specialty "Chiritori nabe" is a Korean version of Japanese Sukiyaki created by Koreans in Osaka's Koreatown. "Beef and Offal Chiritori nabe with Wagyu beef" is made by simmering triangle, belly, skirt steak, and striped roe in a sweet and spicy miso sauce, and is full of stamina, with the spiciness adjustable. "Seafood-packed Chiritori nabe" is a harmonious combination of shellfish stock-based salt sauce and the flavors of seafood and vegetables, so it's not too spicy and is recommended for families with children. Enjoy the noodles and rice porridge at the end of the meal, while adding additional ingredients to make it even more delicious.
