卵と出汁の味が際立つ茶碗蒸しからのスタート。鮨は座布団のような陶器の上で提供されます。白海老、甘エビ、いくら、アオリイカ、金目鯛、ヒラスズキ、ホッキ貝、桜鱒、春鰤、さわら（焼魚）、ズワイカニ、マグロ、煮あなご、ネギトロときんかん卵。デザートにアイスモナカ。丁寧に包丁が入ったネタは柔らかく口当たりよく、しっかり味付けいてあるシャリも美味しいです。焼き魚は4種からチョイス出来、サワラの他に桜鱒、ほっけ、太刀魚。日本酒のペアリングをしてもらい、一層味の引き立つ食事でした。食べ盛りの若者と働き盛りのおっさんは、ちょっと量が足りなかったようで、追加注文していました。
場所が分かりにくく、ビルの4階へ、看板もないので恐る恐るの訪問でしたが、一度ドアを開けて入ると別世界のようでした。予約必須です。
