先日伺った和牛料理 一石三鳥の系列店
同じ建物のひとつ上の階の"鮨 豊"へ
大阪福島駅から少し歩いたビルの4階
一見普通のマンションのような扉を
開くとそこにはオシャレなカウンターテーブル✨
オシャレな空間で洗練された料理
特に蛇腹切りで包丁で150回切れ込み入れてる
アオリイカは今までに食べたことの無い
舌触りで感動しました
