福島にある隠れ家的な高級焼肉の《一石三鳥》さん。
以前訪問し、オープンキッチンでの雰囲気、味、エンターテインメント性とその全てに感動したお店。
実はその上階に昨年末、一石三鳥グループによる鮨店《鮨豊》さんがオープン！
あの一石三鳥グループということで期待を胸に訪問〜。
全体を見渡せる計10席の円形カウンター。
中央で大将が全体を見渡しながら対応するスタイル。
まずはビールで乾杯。

茶碗蒸しから提供開始されたのは少し驚きましたが、その提供の流れから、大将が丁寧に説明してくれ、その説明にいちいち納得！
トークがとにかく上手でつい引き込まれます(笑)
途中からは日本酒を頂きましたが、この握りにはこれを是非、とペアリングもいろいろ指南頂き2時間のエンターテインメントは幕を閉じ、満足の退店〜
