The owner's special okonomiyaki dough is made with soy milk and yam, and has a nice texture, and is not powdery at all, making it very easy to eat and very delicious! For the sauce, we make our own original sauce that is a blend of local sauces from Osaka, and for the eggs we use ``Kyoto Droplets,'' a red egg from Kyoto with a rich yolk.
